The Work Cafe is a space where employees can work, converse with one another, take a break, and so much more. Since the space's needs are so diverse, the design provides multiple options for users through its adaptability. For instance, open enclaves are featured in the back of the view shown. These work spaces offer users privacy in an open area. Additionally, the design embraces the City of Detroit with its use of cityscapes as well as the “WE ARE DETROIT†slogan featured on the step seating.

As the heart of activity and learning, the program space is central to the design. Grounding elements with the flooring and ceiling area are present. Utilizing material, lighting, and the color story of the client, the space feels bright and open. The varied seating and playful combination of pattern creates an approachable environment for children.

In contrast to the guest floor, the guest room helps guests feel refreshed and relaxed with a light, bright and airy space. Cream-colored walls and serene, blue wainscotting provide tranquility, while a floral ceiling and a stone wall reiterate European tradition.
